Two Decades of Procurement Excellence

In 2025, we managed a $300 million ERP portfolio for a major national retailer, negotiating enterprise contracts with SAP, IBM, EY, Accenture, Deloitte, and Broadcom. This engagement showcased our ability to lead complex negotiations across software, services, and infrastructure, delivering value at scale.


From 2019 to 2024, we supported over 500 projects for a leading financial institution’s Technology & Operations division. These projects spanned cybersecurity, digital innovation, capital markets, application support, and retail platforms—demonstrating our agility in managing diverse procurement streams under tight timelines and regulatory scrutiny.

In 2023, we were engaged to coach and mentor junior procurement professionals—strengthening internal capabilities and promoting a culture of excellence. This followed a 2022 initiative to optimize contract review workflows, resulting in improved turnaround times and enhanced compliance oversight.

Our contract remediation capabilities were demonstrated in 2019 through the successful review and correction of over 30 complex agreements, including statements of work, change orders, post-contract revisions, and amendments. Prior to that, we led the remediation of 560 contracts under the "Cardinal Project" initiative, as well as 180 U.S.-based agreements for a leading financial institution—delivering enhanced accuracy, reduced legal exposure, and full audit preparedness.


In 2016, we led the RFP process for a digital identity and access management platform, consolidating business requirements, terms of reference, and use cases for a regional municipality. That same year, we delivered a full RFX cycle for a hosted services and mobile platform project for a financial institution, aligning technical needs with vendor capabilities.


Our cost-saving impact was clear in 2015, when we refreshed an EMC storage hardware lease, saving $600,000 on a $9,600,000 budget. We also enhanced vendor relationship management using tools like Hiperos, focusing on KPIs and SLAs to drive performance and accountability.


Throughout the early 2010s, we led Ariba system implementations, trained analysts on governance, and delivered major infrastructure projects—including a data center migration and disaster recovery initiative that saved $1,700,000 in total avoidance. 


In the late 2000s, we delivered 40% savings on telecom hardware and wireless airtime, resolved $95,000 in billing disputes, and negotiated improved ISP pricing for infrastructure upgrades. Our SOX-compliant deployments included over 600 PCs with asset tagging and imaging for remote rollout.


Our journey began in 2002, where we laid the foundation for client success through hands-on service delivery. At Golden Communications, we acquired new clients, oversaw order fulfillment, and facilitated mobile device rollouts and training—demonstrating early leadership in client engagement and operational execution.
